Program Details
- Eligibility: All current WellSense employees, excluding HR and recruiting staff, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- Referral Process: Employees must submit their referrals through the company's internal referral portal. The referred candidate must mention the employee's name during the application process.
- Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
- Multiple Referrals: Employees can make multiple referrals and receive bonuses for each successful hire.
Additional Information
- Referral Pool: Employees with three or more successful referrals within a calendar year will be enrolled in the exclusive Referral Champion Program, which includes additional recognition and rewards.
- Notification: Referring employees will be notified of the hiring status of their referrals at each stage of the recruitment process.
