Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000
• Business Analyst: $3,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Customer Service Representative: $2,000

Program Details

• Eligibility: All current WellSense employees, excluding HR and recruiting staff, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit their referrals through the company's internal referral portal. The referred candidate must mention the employee's name during the application process.
• Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
• Multiple Referrals: Employees can make multiple referrals and receive bonuses for each successful hire.

Additional Information

• Referral Pool: Employees with three or more successful referrals within a calendar year will be enrolled in the exclusive Referral Champion Program, which includes additional recognition and rewards.
• Notification: Referring employees will be notified of the hiring status of their referrals at each stage of the recruitment process.
